Gwythan was formed in 2012.

Our name derives from a small valley close to Cwmcarn in Wales where the company owners had close family ties.

Gwythan Ltd is the publisher of the Phoenix apps, modern Mac software for the disks, documents and networks of the classic Macintosh era. The engineering is written up as it happens on Insanely Digital.
